From: Jim Janecek maybe I am wrong, but see a few flaws with your attempt to contruct a monstrous smoke ring generator. 1: If you use a Venetian blind system, this will interfere with the toroid of air that comes out of the enclosure. It needs a clean unobstructed hole to emanate from. 2: The inflated structure is good idea and the flexible sides can also be used to generate the "oomph" that kicks the smoke ring out. Picture a pit under the center of the structure and a flexible membrane floor that gets pulled down by a weight. Cut the weight loose and the interior volume decreases rapidly sending the smoke ring out the hole. this is how many simple large smoke ring generators work. Basically a large drum, it could even be a cardboard box with a hole in the side. Fill it with smoke and then slap the back side with your hand. There are many commercially available "fog" or "smoke" generators that can create vast amounts of "smoke" in a short period of time to fill the chamber. I use one that was manufactured for mosquito abatement. It's called a Jet Fogger and it puts out a huge amount of smoke very quickly from a hand-held device. I personally own 2 "Golden Eagle" versions of these, more info at the manufacturer's website, including videos and specs: http://www.dynafog.com/home.html
