Rough Days, Cold Nights

Times are tough.
I remember as a kid, when we needed firewood we would just go to the store and buy a dollar log.
The dollar log was a product of billions of trees grounded up into dust. A lighting mix was added, turning it into a sort of paste. This paste would be shaped into something that looked like a log. It was so easy. It would catch fire at the touch of a flame.
These days I have been counting my dimes. I've resorted to chopping down trees like a caveman to save money.
I suppose it's time I fix that old heater.
