In the old days, we used axes and great cross-cut saws requiring two men to operate. Cutting required muscle. |

The technology improved. It evolved. We made new discoveries and now we use chainsaws to make our job easier, faster, more efficient. |

The tools come and go with the time, but in the end, it's wood against blade. Maybe someday we won't need blades. |

The point is, the trees don't care which tool you use to cut them. |
Digital rights management does not prevent piracy; it ties you to a platform.
The Internet has permanently changed media distribution, and will continue to evolve. In the future we will be able to search and find media in broader and smarter ways. We will transfer it quicker. The business of media distribution must evolve with the technology. DRM as it exists today in its many forms is not the answer, but we will have fun watching it try to be. |
