Three Little Pigs
By Nick Madeira
There were once three little pigs. Pigs in thick overalls, with heavy machinery.
*WHIRRRRRR* "Yikes, this is so much harder to work than straw!" exclaimed the first.
"I told you guys, right? This time we're staying, wolf or no wolf." said his brother pig.
"And I don't care if bricks ARE stronger, they're just not ME" cried the third.
And soon enough, they sat down to dinner in their log cabin, remembering a time when a chimney and a healthy blaze would put paid to any wily predator.
But now things were different. Any pig with designs on life needed more than a chimney. They couldn't even be sure if the chainsaws would be enough. Still, if they didn't work, there was always the
flamethrower.
